Thank you for shopping with us! Below is some information on our shipping policies and time frames.

The internet department operates Monday - Friday, 11am - 5pm
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days and not on weekends.
In case some items in your purchase are out of stock or back-ordered, an associate will email you to notify you. If emails have not been responded to within 48 hours, the order will be processed without those items. Your payment will be refunded for all items not shipped.
If you need an item to be shipped the same day, please ensure you finalize your order before 1pm Eastern, select express/next day shipping, and email our department at ORDERS@chansilkflowers.com. If we do not respond before 3pm, please give us a call at the store and speak to the Internet Department to ensure we are aware of the urgency.
IN STORE PICK UP POLICIES
If choosing to do in-store pick up, please be advised we require a SIGNATURE, photo-ID and in some cases, a copy of the credit card used for purchase. Name on billing method and address must match ID of pick up person. If you are sending another person/party to pick up your merchandise, please email us at orders@chansilkflowers.com or text/whatsaspp: (305)804-7643 stating your order # and exact name of pick-up person. Additional documentation may be required. In some cases, pick up procedure may be photographed.
