Return Period

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

Be in the same condition as received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You must send photos of the item for return approval.

Once approved, the return must be received at our facility within a maximum of 2 weeks.

Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We will cover return shipping costs only in the following cases:

Wrong item(s) received.

Item(s) received damaged.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

All Christmas items are final sale: no returns or refunds are accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (like consumable products, fresh flowers, or plants).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or denied.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the return.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
