Shipping and Processing

Shipping estimates include additional handling charges. Orders usually take between 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and be ready for shipment. Internet orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Items are shipped solely via FedEX or USPS. Shipping times vary by carrier. Please contact us for International Shipping rates

In Store Purchase

There are no returns or exchanges for all purchases made in store.

Online Returns

All returns and exchanges must be new, unused, and in original packaging. They must also be requested no more than 10 days after receipt of the item. All refunds are provided in original method of payment and there is always a 20% re-stocking fee applied. Gift cards and prepaid cards are not returnable or exchangeable. In-Store credit is provided for all returns made and approved after 10 days of receipt but no more than 30 days after receipt. The company holds the right to charge the customer any shipping fees based on the reason for return/exchange and retain payment of original shipping.

Specialty Items

Customized items, such as engraved ribbon, vellum, etc may not be exchanged or returned unless the company has made a mistake with the product. All mistakes must be brought to the attention of the company no more than 12 business hours after being received.

All glassware, vases, and cold porcelain items must be returned/exchanged no more than 5 days after receipt. If the items arrived broken/damaged, the store must be notified no more than 12 business hours after being received. A confirmation photograph may be requested with original packaging.
A 20% re-stocking fee applies to all items
